- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may attract cancellation charges equivalent to one night’s stay or the full booking amount, depending on the booking type.
- Certain promotional, discounted, or non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Cancellation requests must be made through our official contact details or booking platform.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- No-show bookings
- Early check-outs
- Non-refundable or special offer bookings
- Services already utilized
3. Modification of Booking
- Booking modifications are subject to room availability and applicable price differences.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- If payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the amount is generally auto-reversed by the bank within 5–7 working days.
